Hello all,
We're switching from using "CEQL Says..." news flashes through the Portal to using the CEQL channel in Microsoft Teams.
If you haven't played around with Teams yet, please review the following:
- Microsoft Teams training from October 2025
- Emily's Microsoft Teams starter notes
If you would like to receive emails whenever someone posts in the Teams channel:
- Go to Activity in the top-left of the window. Click on the three dots in the left panel to open Notification Settings.
- Under General, go down to Missed activity emails. You can create your own settings, but to get an immediate notification when someone posts, choose As soon as possible.
- Under Chats and channels, go to Posts in all shown channels. Change the drop-down to reflect Show in Activity and banner or just Show in Activity.
*You can also do this to individual channels, if you want. You would just need to go into your channel settings for each one to turn it off/on.
If you have any questions, please let me know! We can learn about it together.
