We’ve increased the subscription to LibCal to have more rooms, so I was able to add the basement spaces at the Timbrook Library separately. Each space is prefaced by LL for “lower level”. There are 3 bookable spaces on the small side: tutor room 1, tutor room 2, and the main area where classes have been held. There’s 1 bookable space for the large side—the whole thing. And, the patio is separate, too.
Please go in next week and make sure all your fall events are added. Important: If you previously booked the basement/patio combo, those reservations are now in *just* the LL (Large Side). You’ll need to go in and book the patio in addition to that now (even on the things you’ve already booked), if you also need the patio.
All of the LL spaces are tagged as “inactive,” which means a staff account is needed to book it. These are NOT available to the public.
Also, I just got the final word today that the registrar was successful in changing the polling place in the Timbrook area to the basement (or, LL (Large side, if you will). I’ll make the reservations for that and keep you all informed as to what that entails. It SHOULD just be extra people/traffic at the library that day… not much other interruption.
