September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, and this year we're going to celebrate with a contest! If you have a book-, library-, or reading-themed bookmark design idea, we want to see it. It can be a picture of a drawing, a photograph, a scanned image of a watercolor painting, digital art--anything you want to provide!
There will be winners for each age category:
- Littles (0-6 years old)
- Kiddos (7-12 years old)
- Teens (13-17 years old)
- Adults (18+ years old)
*Campbell County employees can most definitely submit designs!
Some designs will be selected for print. Winners will receive a small prize and our gratitude!
Rules:
- Art must be appropriate for all ages. It must be the creation of the artist (no copyrighted images).
- The library may adapt, change, crop, or otherwise edit submitted artwork. It will appear with credit to the artist.
- All art must be submitted to Emily Correa (email ebcorrea@co.campbell.va.us or drop off at CCPL in Rustburg) by August 31, 2024.
- Voting will take place at the libraries during Library Card Sign-Up Month starting on Monday, September 9. One vote per person.
